ERCC is the Engineering Reasoning Contract Compiler: the pre-SFC reasoning boundary on the governed FullStack path. Enforcement is configuration- and entry-path-dependent and is not presented as universal production default.

FULLSTACK DELIVERY TOPOLOGY

Backend and Fiori paths without fake authority layers.

ERCC CONTRACT HASH != EXECUTION MUTATION / CONFIG HASH. Before governed execution, CAPELLA freezes the executable mutation manifest and canonical physical artifact identity. GOVERN binds authorization to that exact execution configuration.

BACKEND REALIZATION

SAP generation → activation / ATC → readback → service publication → publication verification → OData verification

Backend truth becomes evidence only after independent readback and publication/OData verification.

FIORI DOWNSTREAM

UI5 validation → UI5 build → Fiori GOVERN gate → BSP deployment → reconciliation → runtime verification

Deployment verification and runtime verification are separate outcome states.

CAPELLA contains an Agentic Runs path and a governed FullStack delivery path. Both are real; current evidence does not yet provide one native correlation envelope across every layer.

AGENTIC RUNS

User → Runs UI → dispatch → durable record → role-scoped TaskGraph → telemetry

Proves activity and execution observability. It does not yet prove outcome-changing effectiveness.

FULLSTACK DELIVERY

User → CAPELLA → ERCC → SFC → Govern → A4Layer → SAP → Observatory

ERCC creates the frozen engineering contract and bounded SFC projection. SFC retains compiler authority, Govern retains human authorization authority, A4Layer retains execution authority and SAP remains final authority.
