This notice covers website release 0.2. CAPELLA AFEP product versions are tracked separately in the release record. This notice will be revised before analytics, contact forms, subscriptions or public accounts are added.
Operational data
The hosting provider may process IP address, request metadata, security events, errors and aggregate performance information to deliver, secure and diagnose the site.
Administrator identity
Admin access uses authenticated identity and a server-side allowlist. Identity information is used only for access control and revision attribution.
Managed content
Drafts, revisions, evidence references and future media metadata are stored for the CAPELLA publishing workflow. Product-evidence uploads remain deferred.
Purpose and basis
Operational processing is limited to providing, securing and maintaining the website and the private publishing workflow. It is carried out for those legitimate operational and security purposes.
Retention and disclosure
Operational records are retained only as long as reasonably needed for security, diagnosis and legal obligations. Data is disclosed only to service providers supporting hosting and authentication, or when required by law.
International processing
Hosting and authentication providers may process data in countries outside a visitor’s own. Their contractual and legal safeguards govern those transfers.
Your choices
You may request access, correction or deletion of personal information under applicable law. Because the public site has no submission workflow, most visitors provide no content directly.
